Palmetto Bluff Residences

J.T. Turner Construction has been a part of Palmetto Bluff since its inception in 2002. Palmetto Bluff is a development situated among the picturesque marshland of Bluffton, South Carolina.

One of two builders selected for the core village construction, we have completed 22 homes within the Wilson Village. The Company was named the exclusive builder of the West Wilson Village which includes 31 lots located directly to the west of the core village.

Furthering their presence at Palmetto Bluff, J.T. Turner Construction Co., Inc. has completed or has pending projects in additional areas such as Anson Park, The Point, the South Village, and May River Forest.

The Company is also the exclusive builder of Boathouse Row, a mixed use facility with private residences located above retail space.
