Tom Draffin

Director of Operations

Tom Draffin joined J.T. Turner Construction Co., Inc. in 2003 as the Director of Operations. With an extensive legal background, Tom takes the role of Preconstruction Manager for the company, ensuring all contract negotiations and job start ups are done successfully. Tom also works closely with other members of The Turner Table and J.T. Turner Construction to ensure structure and accountability on each project.
